Revamping the Home Screen
A few updates to the home screen include new visuals like:
- The total number of active employees, the present and daily present count, those on leave, and late are now visible on the dashboard.
- Calendar showing all current and upcoming events.
- The activity logs will display updates: payment requests to be approved, shift schedules, payroll run for what month, and a list of any new employees added to the list.
- To-do List: Now you can view all the pending payment requests, attendance, and appeals requests you must approve. Also, you can see which employee has pending onboarding.
We now have built-in setup flows that track module activation status, showing which is active or pending. These flows cover all onboarding steps, including department and work location setup, employee additions, shift assignments, leave policy configurations, and many more.
Tags for Employees
We've now added the functionality of tags, providing the ability to define employees with 'internship' and 'probation.' These tags will surface on the main employee table.
Reimbursement with Payroll
Reimbursement requests will now be connected with payroll. Employers can select the payroll period for which they want to give out the reimbursement amount to employees.
They can also approve and mark payments as paid in the past payroll.
