Paismo Promotions Terms and Conditions
These Paismo Promotions Terms and Conditions (these “Promo Terms”) apply to promotions conducted by Paismo (https://www.paismo.com) from time to time. These promotions may include, but are not limited to, referral programs, client engagement programs, product or demo giveaways, discounts, or other limited-time offers and incentives based on qualifying actions such as product demos, campaign participation, or events (each individually, a “Promotion,” and collectively, “Promotions”).
These Promo Terms may be supplemented, modified, or replaced by additional terms and conditions specific to a particular Promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Promo Terms and the terms specific to a Promotion, the specific Promotion terms will control and govern to the extent of any such conflict or inconsistency.
By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promo Terms, Paismo’s general Terms of Service (available at https://www.paismo.com/legal/terms), and Privacy Policy (available at https://www.paismo.com/legal/privacy).
If you are participating in a Promotion on behalf of a company or organization:
(i) references to “you” refer to that company or organization;
(ii) you confirm that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Promo Terms; and
(iii) your participation constitutes acceptance of these Promo Terms by your organization.
Paismo reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any Promotion or these Promo Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in any Promotion, or use of any associated incentives such as vouchers, gifts, credits, discounts, or other promotional items (collectively, “Offers”), following any such update or modification shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Promo Terms.

General Rules: Promotion Limitations
- Each Paismo Promotion is a limited-time offer and may be subject to availability.
- You represent that you are of the legal age of majority in your country of residence at the time of participation. In Pakistan, this is typically 18 years or older. If your local laws require a higher age, you confirm that you meet that threshold.
- Promotions have no cash value and are not valid for cash or cash equivalents.
- Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases, subscriptions, or demo sessions, and may not be combined with any other offers.
- Promotions are non-transferable and may not be resold, auctioned, bartered, leased, or exchanged.
- Unless otherwise specified, each Promotion is limited to one entry per person.
- To qualify, you must be directly responsible for evaluating or making business decisions related to your organization's use of Paismo’s HR, payroll, or people operations software.
- If you meet the eligibility criteria, Paismo will contact you using the email address or phone number provided during your demo registration or campaign form submission.
- If you violate any of these Promo Terms or any additional terms associated with a specific Promotion, your eligibility will be revoked, and the Promotion deemed void.
- Promotions are void where prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to comply with any legal obligations, and you are responsible for any local taxes, fees, or duties related to receiving or using any promotional item or service.
- Paismo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion or its associated terms at any time, without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, reasons involving technical issues, suspected abuse, or other unforeseen circumstances. Paismo is not liable for any financial or opportunity loss due to such actions.
- By submitting any content or information as part of your participation, you grant Paismo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, adapt, publish, and share that content for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes, across both owned and paid media platforms.
- Promotions are valid only for Paismo’s products and services available in Pakistan. Paismo reserves the right to determine product or service availability by region, and Promotions do not apply to services unavailable or unsupported in your location.
- Paismo is not responsible for technical issues, human error, or system disruptions that impact the operation or outcome of a Promotion.
- Employees, contractors, and representatives of Paismo, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in any Promotion.
- Similarly, employees of government-owned, controlled, or affiliated entities are not eligible to participate in Paismo Promotions.
- If any part of these Promo Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
“Book a Demo, Win Apple AirPods” Campaign
- Software purchase is not necessary.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple.
- Limited-Time Offer. Each Paismo promotion is valid for a limited time only and may be subject to availability.
- Time. This offer is valid for 3 months after posted.
- Eligibility. By participating, you confirm that you are of the legal age of majority in your country of residence. In Pakistan, the minimum age is typically 18 years or older. You must also not be a resubmission or in any way have contacted Paismo prior to entry in this promotion.
- No Cash Value. Promotional offers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent.
- Non-Transferable & Non-Resale. Promotions are non-transferable and may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, exchanged, or leased.
- No Retroactive Application. Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases, subscriptions, or demos. They also may not be combined with other offers.
- One Entry per Person. Unless otherwise specified, each individual is eligible to enter or participate only once.
- Qualified Participants Only: To qualify, participants must be directly responsible for evaluating or making decisions regarding the adoption of Paismo’s HR, payroll, or people operations solutions for their organization.
- Promo Violations. Paismo reserves the right to void your participation if you breach any of these promotional terms or any other conditions communicated during the campaign.
- Legal Compliance. Promotions are void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for any local taxes, fees, or duties associated with receiving a promotional item.
- Changes & Cancellations. Paismo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion and its terms at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, technical issues, suspected abuse, or other unforeseen circumstances. Paismo will not be held liable for any financial or opportunity loss due to such changes.
- Product Availability. Promotions apply only to Paismo’s services offered in Pakistan. Paismo reserves the right to determine service availability by region.
- Technical Issues. Paismo is not liable for any technical problems, human errors, or disruptions that impact the operation, entry, or outcome of a promotion.
- Exclusions. Employees, contractors, and representatives of Paismo and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. Additionally, employees of government-owned, controlled, or affiliated entities are also not eligible.

Severability: If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully effective.
To qualify for the prize, one (1) pair of Apple AirPods, you must:
- Be employed in a human resources, payroll, or C-level role at a Pakistan-based company that is not an existing Paismo client.
- Submit the demo request form provided through official Paismo channels (e.g., website, paid campaigns, newsletter, or sales outreach).
- Complete a scheduled demo with a Paismo representative.
- Be based in Pakistan and at least 18 years of age.
- This promotion is limited to one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries will not be considered.
