We have an amazing talented team and we’re looking to add a Talent and Recruiting Associate as part of our People Department to our onsite team in Lahore (Gulberg), Pakistan. ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent and Recruiting Associate at our Lahore office. As a Talent and Recruiting Associate, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to hiring, communication, interviewing, recruiting, and screening candidates.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
💪RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.
- Onboarding Assistance: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, which may include preparing paperwork, setting up orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees have the necessary resources to start their roles.
- HR Administration: Support HR administrators with various administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, organizing files, and updating databases.
- Employee Relations: Aid in handling employee inquiries, grievances, or concerns by directing them to the appropriate HR personnel and assisting in the resolution process.
- Training and Development: Assist in coordinating training sessions or professional development programs for employees. This may involve scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and tracking attendance.
- Policy and Procedure Support: Help in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures by assisting in the creation, distribution, and communication of company policies.
🤔 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) at our Gulberg (Lahore) office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Emailing, Managing Tasks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- Previous Experience in HR or Payroll industry is a plus
- Ability to speak professional English
