Senior Sales Executive

We’re now looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our Lahore-based team and drive growth across our SaaS product offerings. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and are eager to be part of something impactful, we’d love to hear from you. 

💪 RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead nurturing to successful deal closure
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve collective performance goals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders

🤔 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech industries
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Experience handling full-cycle sales: prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, and closures
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Understanding of HR and payroll domains is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Urdu is required

🚀  PREFERRED SKILLS 

  • Background in HR Tech, SaaS, or similar high-growth industries
  • Ability to quickly understand technical products and communicate value to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for building relationships
  • Experience in managing enterprise or mid-market clients is a plus
