We have a strong team of talented individuals and we’re looking to add a Sales Executive to our onsite Sales team in Lahore, Pakistan (for the US market). If you’re interested in working with a fast paced, highly talented team and you love pushing the envelope, then we’d love to talk to you.
💪 RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. Your role will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Nurturing and closing sales
- Building solid relationships with clients
- Setting up new accounts & onboarding data
🤔MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Initiate coldcalls, effectively showcase our platform/features during demos
🎯REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software sales (HRMS sector preferred)
- Ability to work night shifts at our Lahore office (tentatively 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals. (strong record of prospect engagement, conversion, relationship building)
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure win-win deals.
- Experience in the tech industry (especially SaaS solutions) is a plus.
- Proficient at lead generation and handling both inbound and outbound leads.
- Understanding of HR practices is beneficial.
- Fluent in Urdu and English for effective communication.
- Knowledge of the HR and Payroll management industry preferred.
- Independent and team player
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
