We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. Your role will include:

  • Identifying new business opportunitiesΒ 
  • Nurturing and closing salesΒ 
  • Building solid relationships with clientsΒ 
  • Setting up new accounts & onboarding dataΒ

🎯 REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech industriesΒ 
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals.Β 
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure win-win deals.Β 
  • Proficient at lead generation and handling both inbound and outbound leads.Β 
  • Experience handling full-cycle sales: prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, and closures
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Understanding of HR and payroll domains is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Urdu is requiredΒ

  • Background in HR Tech, SaaS, or similar high-growth industries
  • Ability to quickly understand technical products and communicate value to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for building relationships
  • Experience in managing enterprise or mid-market clients is a plusΒ
