We have a strong team of talented engineers and we’re looking to add a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to our Sales team onsite in Lahore, Pakistan. If you’re interested in working with a fast paced, highly talented team and you love pushing the envelope, then we’d love to talk to you. 

💪 Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Your role will include:

• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities (inbound & outbound)
• Conducting prospecting activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Scheduling product demos with prospective clients
• Handing over qualified leads to Account Executives for deal progression
• Maintaining accurate records of all outreach and lead activity in CRM
• Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or related role
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (written & verbal)
• Proven ability to generate and qualify leads effectively
• Familiarity with handling both inbound and outbound leads
• Basic understanding of HR/Payroll or SaaS industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Highly organized, resilient, and able to manage multiple prospects at once
• Independent yet a strong team player
