WHO WE ARE
Hey there! We are Paismo, a fast-growing HR Tech / FinTech startup backed by leading global investors and powered by a distributed team across the United States, Pakistan, Mexico, UAE, and other global markets. As we continue to grow, we’re also expanding our presence across the GCC region.
Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to change the way businesses manage, pay, and grow their workforce. Paismo’s SaaS-based HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management platform helps organizations streamline people operations with smart, scalable technology.
We’re building a strong team of talented engineers and are now looking to add a Project Manager (Enterprise Government & Banking Services) to our onsite team in Lahore, Pakistan. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are highly organized, responsive, and delivery-focused, and enjoy leading complex enterprise implementations, we’d love to connect.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of enterprise implementations, particularly with government and banking institutions. You will lead projects from requirements discovery through deployment, ensuring implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and enterprise stakeholders while coordinating complex implementations involving custom workflows, integrations, data migration, and compliance requirements.
If you’re looking for a fast-paced, challenging, and high-impact environment where you can lead critical enterprise implementations, we’re the team for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Planning & Delivery: Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle for enterprise implementations including planning, execution, monitoring, and deployment. Build and maintain detailed project plans covering milestones, dependencies, timelines, and delivery risks.
- Implementation Management: Lead customization-heavy enterprise implementations from requirements gathering through configuration, build coordination, testing, and go-live.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage enterprise stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, Compliance, InfoSec, Internal Audit, and leadership teams. Facilitate delivery standups, cross-functional workshops, and weekly steering committee meetings to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
- Requirements Discovery & Documentation: Lead requirements discovery and solution design sessions with enterprise stakeholders. Translate complex business needs into structured documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM). Facilitate workshops to define HR and payroll configurations such as leave policies, attendance rules, approval workflows, job grades, organizational structures, payroll calendars, allowances/deductions, employee letters, and role-based access controls.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with engineering and QA teams to translate requirements into actionable tickets and ensure sprint execution remains aligned with project milestones.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Own the end-to-end testing process including System Integration Testing (SIT) coordination with engineering and QA teams, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with enterprise stakeholders. Prepare UAT scripts, onboard users for testing, manage defect triage and prioritization, and ensure formal sign-off before go-live.
- Change & Scope Management: Manage project scope through structured change management processes. Assess the impact of change requests on cost, timelines, and delivery risk.
- Security & Compliance Coordination: Coordinate security and compliance inputs including data access requirements, hosting considerations, and audit-related needs.
