We’re building a strong team of talented engineers and are now looking to add a Product Manager to our onsite team in Lahore, Pakistan. If you’re passionate about web and mobile development, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love taking on challenges, we’d love to connect.

As a Product Manager, you’ll be at the center of our product strategy and execution – owning the roadmap, prioritizing features, and guiding initiatives from discovery through launch. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams while engaging directly with customers and stakeholders to validate ideas, gather feedback, and drive continuous product improvement.

💪 RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with the CEO, tech leads, and stakeholders to define the vision, goals, and roadmap for our SaaS and fintech products. Leverage market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to build a long-term strategy.
2. Requirements Gathering: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to capture and prioritize requirements. Align feedback from stakeholders with business objectives.
3. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Create detailed product specs, user stories, and use cases to guide engineering while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
4. User Experience: Advocate for user-centered design. Conduct research, analyze feedback, and use data-driven insights to deliver intuitive, engaging experiences.
5. Market Analysis: Research industry trends, best practices, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for product growth and refinement.
6. Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor products and strategies to identify differentiation opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
7. Product Launch & Adoption: Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including sales enablement and customer training. Track adoption and address barriers to success.
8. Performance Monitoring: Measure KPIs such as engagement, retention, and revenue. Use insights to drive product optimization.
9. Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer. Address inquiries, gather feedback, and communicate updates clearly across the organization.

🤔MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 – 2.5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on SaaS and fintech products.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in software development concepts and technologies commonly used in building SaaS and fintech products.
  Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, providing clear technical requirements and assisting with the resolution of technical challenges.
• Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies and project management principles.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with user research techniques, A/B testing, and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of the financial technology industry and an understanding of regulatory compliance is a plus.
• A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Passion for innovation and a strong desire to make a positive impact through technology.

🚀 PREFERRED SKILLS: 

• Proficiency in data analysis, ability to run SQL queries and use our Analytics suite
• Experience in designing, prototyping and developing a product
• Experience in the GCC region (highly preferred)
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Figma, and Asana for project management, collaboration, and product design workflows.
• Demonstrated understanding of API integrations and their significance in SaaS and fintech product ecosystems.
• Experience and up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the SaaS and fintech space.
