We’re looking for an Operations Engineer to join our team onsite in Lahore (Gulberg). If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and are passionate about building smart automations, we’d love to hear from you.
💪 ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Operations Engineer, you’ll bridge technology and operations to help our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams work faster and smarter. You’ll build automations, optimize workflows, support integrations, and provide hands-on technical support across multiple systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical know-how with operational problem-solving and process improvement.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and operational support to cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Design, manage, and optimize workflow automations to improve efficiency across internal and external processes.
- Support system integrations (CRMs, tracking tools, reporting systems, call/message monitoring).
- Work on website customizations and minor development tasks using WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
- Contribute to SEO and web optimization to improve site performance and visibility.
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies through automation or system-based improvements.
- Build and maintain SQL reports and simple internal tools for the Ops team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of technical initiatives.
🎯 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and AI/SEO principles.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools, CRMs, and tracking software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mindset.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passion for improving operational efficiency through technology and automation.
🤔 Minimum Requirements
- 0 to 1.5 years of experience in technical support, operations, or process automation.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Full-time onsite availability (40 hours/week) at our Gulberg, Lahore office.
