We have a strong team of talented engineers and we’re looking to add a Customer Success Executive to our Customer Experience (CX) team onsite in Lahore, Pakistan. 💪 Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Executive to join our team. Your role will include:
- Onboard new customers and configure product setup to match their requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor
- Handle escalations and complex queries with professionalism and urgency
- Manage contract renewals, negotiate terms, and ensure retention of clients
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Proactively monitor customer health metrics to identify at-risk accounts
- Conduct client training and provide resources for effective product usage
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs
- Prepare performance and success reports for clients and internal teams
🎯 Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role (preferably in SaaS/Tech industry)
- Up-to-date knowledge of Pakistan’s taxation rules and systems, ensuring payroll and compliance alignment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically MS Excel) and CRM tools
- Experience with automation initiatives or tools (e.g., chatbots, workflow digitization) in the CX domain is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu
- Experience managing renewals, escalations, and client retention strategies
- Ability to handle technical discussions with customers and escalate to product/engineering if needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts in parallel
