  • One-click payroll refactoring: A faster one-click payroll based on industry standards. Based on the industry standard, Paismo streamlines the process.
  • Performance and Goal: New features like labels, assigning goals to teams, progress tracking, etc, for better goal tracking and performance measurement.
  • Recruitment and Pipeline Tracking: New hiring pipelines for different recruitment stages, manage job openings, and extraction of information from cv’s.
  • Twice-a-month payroll: Now introducing twice a month payroll with automatic tax calculation for each bi-weekly period.
  • Website redesign: The entire website has been revamped as of Q4 2024 for better flow.
  • Custom leave management: Improved leave management with custom holidays, override, and employee views.
  • Custom holidays: Employers can now add custom holiday fields based on unforeseen events, and payroll will be disbursed based on that data. 

Recruitment Databank and Pipeline Tracking 

  • Users can now create and manage hiring pipelines using swimlanes to represent different stages of the recruitment process.
  • You can now efficiently manage job openings and applicants for each and be able to extract key information from the resume and display it on the applicant's card.

Performance Suite: Goal & Measurement v2

We’ve introduced several new features to enhance goal tracking and performance measurement.

  • You can now define structured goal periods, similar to payroll cycles, and assign goals to teams beyond department boundaries.
  • Also, measure progress using binary, revenue, percentage, or start/end values.
  • You can measure a single-parent goal with multiple child goals for better hierarchy.
  • Easily track progress at individual and team/department levels, and you can collaborate with team members. 
  • You can categorize goals with flexible labels and identify goals as “under target” or “target met” at a glance.

Run Payroll Twice A Month

  • Depending on your requirements, you can run payroll twice a month rather than once. 
  • Progressive tax deductions are calculated based on the first or second half of the month, ensuring cumulative accuracy.

Custom Leave Management

We’ve introduced new functionalities to improve leave balance assignments and overrides.

  • Leaves are now grouped under Annual, Sick, Religious, Parental, and Custom categories rather than by policy, allowing more customization.
  • Override department-level balances with customized leave allocations for specific employees..
  • Leave balances now refresh monthly or annually based on predefined cycles.
  • You can set a cap on accumulated leave to manage rollover limits effectively.

Custom Holiday Policy

  • We’ve now added a functionality to add custom holidays.
  • HR managers can now add holidays for unforeseen political or weather instability events.
  • They can adjust custom and public holidays' start and end dates as needed.
  • Employee attendance and payroll will be updated accordingly to reflect custom holidays.

Major One-Click Payroll Refactoring

We've introduced a faster one-click payroll based on industry standards. Based on the industry standard, Paismo streamlines the process, making it quicker and more efficient.


Attendance Policies

Attendance policies such as late policy have been hardened to cater to several new use cases.

  • Policies can now be changed in the middle of a payroll period.
  • Attendance policies now work with employees spread across multiple time zones.
