We have a strong team of talented individuals and we’re looking to add a Sales Executive to our onsite Sales team in Lahore, Pakistan (for the UAE market). If you’re interested in working with a fast paced, highly talented team and you love pushing the envelope, then we’d love to talk to you.
💪 RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Executive focused on the UAE, you’ll:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Engage and qualify both inbound and outbound leads
- Manage a sales pipeline to drive conversions and close deals
- Deliver product demos and build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth client handovers
🤔 MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES:
💻 A Typical Day at Work:
- Work the UAE business hours (9 AM – 5:30 PM PKT)
- Own the lead generation-to-conversion cycle
- Keep CRM tools updated (HubSpot)
- Run outreach campaigns and conduct cold prospecting
- Communicate with UAE-based clients in fluent, professional English
- Coordinate with internal teams to relay client feedback and align execution
🎯 REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience dealing with UAE clients, prospects, or business culture
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with HR or payroll software is a bonus
